I had bought a vehicle in 2004 from Lamoureax Ford and I had a great experiance. I purchased a work van at that time and it was my first time buying a Ford vehicle. Don Gaudette was the sales person and did a fantastic job of working with me on the deal. I recently went back and worked with Mr. Gaudette again, and once again the experiance was great. I don't think that I will go anywhere else for a vehicle again and I am very happy with my purchase. I would recommend them to anyone. I have purchased new and used vehicles in the past from other dealers and by far Lamoureax was the best. Mr. gaudette followed up with a phone call after my purchase and helped me through the truck that I purchased with explaining everything to me. All I have to say is they take the time and care. My used car purchase experience was great! Definitely no pressure. I walked into the showroom and was greated kindly. While they were searching, I strolled around the lot and actually found a different car the I ended up buying. They let me take it for a test drive without them in the car! My husband and I returned to Lamoureux Ford for our 6th car in 10 years. 10 years ago it was just the two of us, and now we are on our second child. We returned to Lamoureux and in particular John Boxshus car in 10 years. 10 years ago it was just the two of us, and now we are on our second child. We returned to Lamoureux and in particular John Boxshus because we trust them to help us make the right decision for our family and our current needs and finances. I remember when we had just gotten engaged and we went to John because my husband wanted a bigger car or a truck, I didn't think we needed it. John weighed out our options and helped us make a choice we were happy with, he didn't just sell my husband an expensive truck we couldn't afford nor needed, he helped us see what was needed and what we could afford.(Not something any dealer would do!)Just in February we were halfway through our second pregnancy and knew our current Edge which was a lease, would work, but we wanted to look into a new Explorer. Our lease was not up for another year, but John saw our need and he and Lamoureux helped us to get out of our lease a year early with zero dollars out of our pocket. We proceeded with the new lease just as if it was our regular time and left tonight in our larger family vehicle a happy bunch! Lamoureux Ford is a fantastic place to buy a car, there is zero pressure and a hundred percent support. We recommend Lamoureux to all of our friends and family members. I even had my mother come over an hour away from her home ( where she lives in walking distance from another Ford dealer) just to see the difference Lamoureux makes, and boy was she happy she did!
