Sat down with John Boxshus nearly six months ago, ordered the pick up I wanted. No hassle, straight forward. I have been dealing with John Boxshus and crew at Lam Ford for over twenty years and will never go anywhere else. The attention to detail is second to none and the atmosphere both in sales and service is Ford for over twenty years and will never go anywhere else. My wife recently chose to go to Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood because Lamoureux can no longer sell new Lincoln vehicles. When I say that the experience there SUCKED, that is not even coming close to how I really feel, but I won’t bore you with the details. That experience validated the way I feel about John and everyone at Lamoureux. I just purchased an F-150 which was a custom build that was price locked and unlike all other dealerships recently, Lamoureux doesn’t up charge their vehicles. Working with John Boxshus, we were able to secure a new Ford Escape while getting a good trade-in for our old car. We started with understanding what our current car was worth, learning what was currently available and then walking us through the process of purchasing a new car right from the factory prior to being built. My wife was able to build her car based on her style, preferences, and desired options. Once the order was completed a timeframe of mid-September was our target date. No money exchanged hands and we still had the option to backout anytime. Jump ahead to today, we have already had the car for a week (well before mid-September) The first time I saw the car, it was still wrapped in protective wrap, shiny bright with that new car smell. The car came home a few days later detailed and ready for its new home. The paperwork, trade in, registration and inspection were all completed with little effort on my end. John took lots of time setting up the personal options, linking the cellphone, and explaining the new features and safety options. Under promise, over deliver is the easiest way to explain our experience. If you think about your recent experience with other service providers. The order would have been wrong, money would have exchanged hands on the first visit and the product would have been delivered late or not at all. People will spend hours complaining about their experience, but here it is nice to see so many positive comments regarding Lamoureux Ford and the people who service the customers. John was great to work with and I'm not sure any of this would have happened if he was not the one guiding us along the way. More
