I met with Gary Pion as soon as I entered the Dealership. He greated me and asked if he could help me. When I explained that I wanted a red Fusion with a navigation system, he stated that that requirement He greated me and asked if he could help me. He found a car that he could obtain with everything I wanted on it. He immediately explained the offers from Ford and then offered another discount from Lamoureux. He did not need to keep checking with someone else to offer me a price. Gary treated me like a customer and not someone who did not know what they were doing. We agreed on a price and I spoke to the Business Manager whom I also felt treated me with respect. When I went back to pick up the car, Gary had all of the paperwork ready and explained each page before asking for my signature. Once the paperwork was out of the way, he explained all of the options on my car. He took his time and answered all of my questions. As a woman, I felt that he treated me with respect and friendliness. He made certain that I was comfortable with the car and offered to answer any future questions, if I should have any. I drove away from Lamoreux Ford feeling that the price I had been given was fair, and the service was exceptional. I would highly recommend this dealership and Gary Pion to any of my friends. More

Within literally three minutes of talking to Bob Parker, I had a fair price on a special order Fiesta ST. No games. No "hold on while I ask my sales manager". No "come in and we can talk about it". No "are you sure you don't want this car instead". I was very impressed by how straightforward Bob was. I went home and he faxed me all the numbers and we had a deal. Months later when my Fiesta ST arrived (it did take Ford awhile to make the car), we went, for the first time, to Lamoureux Ford. When we first arrived, we met Bob as well as the owner Marc Lamoureux, which we appreciated. Our new Fiesta ST was parked out of the rain and in showroom condition. The all important numbers matched, almost to the penny, to what Bob had promised months earlier. No surprise "fees" or charges. The price was actually lower then promised because of new incentives from Ford. Finally, after completing the paperwork, Bob showed us around the new car and we were off. An hour and a half total in the dealership. Needless to say, we highly recommend Bob Parker and Lamoureux Ford. More
