The fact that they come to our house to pick our vehicles when they need servicing is a HUGE reason why we come back time and time again. We have been communicating with Mike Tatro and Chandler through our last several visits to lease new vehicles as Patrick is now mostly over at Lamoille Vally Chevrolet. They both take as good care of us as Pat had For many years. Mike is very good at staying in touch with us without being pushy. He is very quick to respond to any questions I may have. ( And I have a lot of them!) He is always happy to discuss my needs and knows exactly what I am looking for. It was disappointing to find that the new Explorer line up had changed so much and the cost of what was the Sport model had gone up so drastically. This would have been my third Explorer Sport. I was not happy with some of the changes and found that because of the timing, it was hard to find a vehicle that had all I wanted. Mike found a car from another dealership that had almost everything I wanted, but when I test drove a sImilar model I was disappointed in some of the new features and they way it rode and drove compared to my Sport. Knowing that I likely would be disappointed, Mike suggested that an F150 they had might be a good solution. As I have driven many trucks over the years I was willing to explore that option. Although it doesn’t have some of the comfort features like leather, sunroof or heated steering wheel that I love, it drove great and I decided to go with it knowing that my husband could take over the truck when his lease comes up if I decide the truck is not for me and maybe we can find an Explorer that fits my needs at that time. Again, very disappointed with some of the changes on the Explorers and the drastic increase in cost of what used to be the Sport model. Mike is very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and spent a great deal of time showing me all the features my new truck has which was very helpful. He also followed up several days later to make sure I was happy and if I had any questions. I would, and have recommended to friends that he is the guy to see at Lamoille Valley Ford! More
