salesman was a hard closer and didn’t make the process easy. Didn’t respond as I would expect from a Lamborghini dealer It’s not a Ford, but uses same sales pressure. I still have not received my copies of my signed contract yet and it’s 24 hours after signing everything. They claim they were in meeting all morning and couldn’t get to it. Still waiting!! More

He would always take my calls or return my call in a timely manner few years and Emmanuel is definitely the best salesman that I've ever dealt with.
