He even matched the price of another Lambo I was interested in buying. And he even had my Lambo delivered late at night when I arrived in Town. I have no complaints. More

Cipriani took the time to explain to me everything there was to know about the car and also worked hard to get me the best financial deal. I was very happy with the purchase and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. More

About my first one I can say that I used Prestige for the services and I'm very satisfied. This new one never has had a service so far so I can talk only about the dealer, mister Cipriani. A super nice person who has kept myself informed and has been always professional and kind. More

I visited him that same day so he evaluated the vehicle and gave me a price verbally. I told him that I would think about it over the weekend and get back to him on Monday. When I asked him on Monday to send me the offer in written form he replied "ABSOULUTELY NOT! I'M NOT GOING TO LET YOU TAKE MY OFFER TO MY COMPETITORS SO I CAN GET A BETTER PRICE!" I was like REALLY? Unprofessional to say the least. I was surprised coming from an exotic car dealership like Prestige Imports for God's sake they sell Lamborghini's. STAY AWAY! More
I found a 2009 Porsche Turbo on the internet that they advertised for sale. Jose Araujo was the sales person that I corresponded with. I live in Dallas and was trying to get comfortable about the dealer b advertised for sale. Jose Araujo was the sales person that I corresponded with. I live in Dallas and was trying to get comfortable about the dealer before traveling to Miami to purchase the car. The first red flag was my arduous attempt to get a written sales order prior to traveling. I didn't want any add ons to the price once I got there. Three days later, I received via Email the sales order with a $1,500 pre-delivery fee and the sales order had the mileage some 11,000 miles higher than advertised. After mentioning this, it was changed to the lower mileage. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. All of my questions/concerns about the condition of the car were supposedly answered and verified by Jose Araujo. It was showroom new! What a nightmare once I arrived at the dealer! I waited an hour to see the car once I got there. When I inquired, it was being "detailed" and "fueled up". Finally Jose pulls the car out for me to view and I overhear someone complaining to another employee that it has no gas. Anyway, I walk out to look at it and immediately see a 3" dent/scrape on the lower passenger side of the car. I open the door and it wasn't even vacuumed...it was dirty everywhere. One of the new tires they installed on the front had a big cut on the sidewall. The instrument panel had an error message that they told me indicated the gas tank was empty. Clearly, they are either inept or dishonest. When leaving the dealership for the airport, Italo Figueros the General Manager, asked if I was buying the car. I explained to him the circus of events and bad information I received about this car and indicated I had a trust issue with the dealership. I said "no" and explained I came all the way from Dallas and the car isn't even vacuumed. He said the car just got back from being repaired for damage caused by someone keying the car. He asked me if Jose told me this. Nothing was mentioned by Jose!!! He and Jose did offer to fix these issues but I had no faith in their integrity. They wasted my time and money traveling to their dealership. Don't waste your time with this dealership. More
