Took my car in for an estimate on damage carbon fiber engine cover and crossbar. I never received my estimate but they charged me for the service. The technician was more interested in discussing what h engine cover and crossbar. I never received my estimate but they charged me for the service. The technician was more interested in discussing what he thinks the car will need in the future. Bottom line I didn’t receive what I paid for and have not received a response to my request. I live 250 miles away from the dealership so logistically it is not as easy if I lived in the same city. A month my car was sent up for new tires and service. When my car arrived back home two of the tires w it is not as easy if I lived in the same city. A month my car was sent up for new tires and service. When my car arrived back home two of the tires were not the ones I had ordered. Mistakes are made in life, but the Service Manager and GM both contacted me and quickly ordered the correct tires and had them installed quickly.
