I live 250 miles away from the dealership so logistically it is not as easy if I lived in the same city. A month my car was sent up for new tires and service. When my car arrived back home two of the tires w it is not as easy if I lived in the same city. A month my car was sent up for new tires and service. When my car arrived back home two of the tires were not the ones I had ordered. Mistakes are made in life, but the Service Manager and GM both contacted me and quickly ordered the correct tires and had them installed quickly. This is my second Lamborghini and ALL my services over the past 5 years have been amazing. Jeremy G. More

I dont know Eric, so this is NOT a review of him . This system does not let me delete him. The car was delivered for service and later before pick up, the advisor said it needed a new battery and woul This system does not let me delete him. The car was delivered for service and later before pick up, the advisor said it needed a new battery and would not charge. It was replaced last year, and as is with all Mclrens, there is a very easy way to recharge the battery and start the car. They charged me $850 to charge it and then said it could not be charged, and needed a 5k battery. I knew this was not true because of a long history of owning Mclarens. Next, althought he car only had 500 miles since the last service, they said the tired were rotted and set pictures of tires clearly abused and not caught during inspection. They ordered tires but said they could not put them on until the battery was charged since the car would not start. In essence, holding it hostage for a 5k battery it didn't need. I sent another Lamborghini dealer to pick it up and they refused to release it until I paid for tires they didn't deliver, and the car started immediately and was loaded in a trailer. Proving clearly the battery issue was a lie. More
