I can’t resist emphasizing that a purchase like this is something my husband and I have worked towards for nearly two decades. Upon finding this vehicle, we were excited to begin the purchasing process. However, we were told to “just pick a more affordable car and one day you can spec one” by our sales associate. I guess we were quickly profiled and deemed unworthy of the car we had picked. That should have been our first red flag. A few months later, we had Lamborghini Houston switch our rims and tires and less than 20 minutes after leaving the dealership our car started to show us error codes. We took the car back to the dealership where our sales associate brushed us off in the driveway telling us there is “nothing they can do”. I have never experienced poor service or dismissal quite like this! We finally got the “issue fixed” just for the same error to reoccur. Every time we tried to call them we were told they would call back and never did. We finally took the car to Lamborghini Dallas and the issue was actually addressed and repaired. Also, the car apparently had an engine out repair/replacement we weren’t told about so that’s a nice surprise. I don’t know if this is acceptable within a “certified preowned” but either way, I didn’t think we would need a PPI before buying from an actual Lamborghini dealership. What’s interesting is that my husband’s experience with their other department within Indigo, Porsche North Houston, has been absolutely stellar… how does Porsche North Houston, where we’ve never bought a car and just done service, treat us 10x better than a dealership where we spent upwards of $300k? How does Indigo have such a difference in customer appreciation and such a gap in valuing their customers’ satisfaction within their own dealer network? Buying a Lamborghini and enjoying the vehicle is an achievement we have been looking forward to for nearly 20 years; I was hoping that even if a vehicle has issues, at this price point I was expecting even a modicum of care and attention to addressing our concerns. Unfortunately that was not the case and so our ultimate take away is to be wary prior to purchasing from here. UPDATE 10/06/24: The below is an update for the review we wrote regarding the issues that we had with Lamborghini Houston. First, Lamborghini Houston upon having read the review, within a few hours, reached out to us in order to discuss the problems that we had. While this might sound like another typical corporate apology, we were pleasantly surprised that we were given an opportunity to discuss the workings of Lamborghini when it comes to its relationship with its customers. Pablo Delgado, the general manager of Lamborghini Houston, personally reached out to us in order to set up a time to explicitly hear the concerns and issues that we had with our vehicle purchase. Mr. Delgado, stating how important every staff member is as a representative of the brand, took his time to listen to our concerns and explain to us what goes on behind the scenes with Lamborghini, and what he can do in order to make up for the issues that we have faced. We have worked with numerous companies in the past, and no company has ever made the effort that Mr. Delgado has made to repair our relationship. The way that our concerns were heard has shown us that Lamborghini respects and values their customers and has kept us a loyal patron of the brand. As is seldom the case when it comes to issues regarding a business, in this case, Lamborghini Houston has gone above and beyond. We would like to thank Pablo Delgado and the Lamborghini team during the Aventura Esperanza for an incredible opportunity to see what Lamborghini ownership is all about. More

I live 250 miles away from the dealership so logistically it is not as easy if I lived in the same city. A month my car was sent up for new tires and service. When my car arrived back home two of the tires w it is not as easy if I lived in the same city. A month my car was sent up for new tires and service. When my car arrived back home two of the tires were not the ones I had ordered. Mistakes are made in life, but the Service Manager and GM both contacted me and quickly ordered the correct tires and had them installed quickly. This is my second Lamborghini and ALL my services over the past 5 years have been amazing. Jeremy G. More

I dont know Eric, so this is NOT a review of him . This system does not let me delete him. The car was delivered for service and later before pick up, the advisor said it needed a new battery and woul This system does not let me delete him. The car was delivered for service and later before pick up, the advisor said it needed a new battery and would not charge. It was replaced last year, and as is with all Mclrens, there is a very easy way to recharge the battery and start the car. They charged me $850 to charge it and then said it could not be charged, and needed a 5k battery. I knew this was not true because of a long history of owning Mclarens. Next, althought he car only had 500 miles since the last service, they said the tired were rotted and set pictures of tires clearly abused and not caught during inspection. They ordered tires but said they could not put them on until the battery was charged since the car would not start. In essence, holding it hostage for a 5k battery it didn't need. I sent another Lamborghini dealer to pick it up and they refused to release it until I paid for tires they didn't deliver, and the car started immediately and was loaded in a trailer. Proving clearly the battery issue was a lie. More
