Excellent Buying Experience!! I’ve purchased many vehicles throughout my life and have had mixed experiences. Most of them were bad, that are usually expected from a typical dealer I’ve purchased many vehicles throughout my life and have had mixed experiences. Most of them were bad, that are usually expected from a typical dealership. I was in the market for exotics (Lamborghini, Ferrari, etc.) so visited few dealerships, and, given my age was normally brushed off, but at minimum, never given a serious consideration. The experience that I had at the Lamborghini Dealership of Dallas was totally different! It was certainly one of the most positive car buying experiences that I’ve ever had.. I worked with Mike Durkey on the sale and Louie Bonsukan on the financing side. Mike and Louie were clear on all the questions that I asked, no surprises! I am from Ohio so I worked with Mike through few phone calls and then went to Dallas to finalize the deal. Mike and Louie made the whole process very smooth from start to finish and I was able to purchase my first exotic ‘2012 Lamborghini Gallardo LP550-2’. I would recommend anyone I know looking for a new or used exotic to contact Lamborghini Dallas. My next car purchase will definitely be from this dealership!! More

Brought my 14' LP550 in for an annual service, fixed a broken vent and a recall item way in advance of when it was promised and I even dropped it off Brought my 14' LP550 in for an annual service, fixed a broken vent and a recall item way in advance of when it was promised and I even dropped it off last minute. Given this is my first service with a car like this, I was a little worried about how my car would look when it was finished. My experience with other high end german vehicles has always yielded a filthy engine bay, and sometimes damage to the part that was being fixed/replaced. I never felt like the dealer cared what condition they returned my car. Here at Lamborghini Dallas, the engine was still clean, there was no damage to my car, and despite not getting washed (I asked them not to, I like to handle that myself) it was still clean, free of dust and fingerprints. Extremely impressed with how everyone treated me, responded to e-mails and such. Top notch business and customer service. This is a good time to mention that Shahram also went above and beyond and helped me out tremendously when I moved here from out of state when I needed assistance with my vehicle getting dropped off before I made it in town. Thank you again. The only criticism I would give is that they need a new vehicle to use as a shuttle. I appreciate that they have one at all, but the pickup looks like its seen better days:) Since I'm new to the area and don't know many people to give me a ride, maybe I'm the only one who uses it, haha More
