Purchase of 2013 Aston Martin Vantage I had been looking for a used low mileage Aston Martin Vantage for about a year and found one that perfectly matched my search criteria at Lamborghini I had been looking for a used low mileage Aston Martin Vantage for about a year and found one that perfectly matched my search criteria at Lamborghini Dallas. I live on the East Coast and was a little wary of purchasing the car unseen from a dealer I had no experience of. However, I have to say that after a couple of minutes speaking with John Hrad, my anxiety levels dropped to pretty well zero. He was very reassuring and came over as totally genuine in presenting the vehicle, it's history and how it came to have so few miles on it. Our e-mail exchanges were very efficient and he was always very responsive to my questions. The purchase process could not have been better and I'd also thank Louie, the General Sales Manager, for his help in getting documents exchanged overnight. My car just arrived today and is exactly as portrayed in the photos and by John's description. I am extremely happy and would highly recommend John and the team at Lamborghini Dallas to anyone looking to purchase an exotic vehicle. More

Outstanding Customer Service A few weeks ago I bought a new Lamborghini Huracan for Lamborghini Dallas and I have to tell you that it was the best experience I have ever received. A few weeks ago I bought a new Lamborghini Huracan for Lamborghini Dallas and I have to tell you that it was the best experience I have ever received. I personally had the opportunity to work with the General Manager Tim and he was great! He was very professional and patient. Tim took time to search different options and walk me through pro's & con's of different cars and options. Tim and staff went far out of their way to make my experience great and 100% satisfied. In addition to Tim, I worked closely with Louie in finance and we was great making sure I had the best rates and options available. His business relations are outstanding and was able to make things happen that normal finance guys wouldn't be able to do. The entire staff is great, friendly and easy to work with. Everyone was willing to help and supported one another to make sure the customers are taken care of. In addition, I always come in the dealer to buy parts or have custom parts added on my cars and the service guys (Shahram & Staff) and great and Mark in parts is always helpful and willing to research and look up parts and other options and share what others have done. Overall, I have always had a great experience at Lamborghini Dallas and they have always made me feel special and provided customer service well beyond my expectations. Most importantly, they have always been open and honest and willing to do whatever it takes to make things right! What more can you ask from a dealership. Lamborghini Dallas Nightmare I have waited a couple months to cool off from this horrible experience before reviewing this dealership. I bought a 2010 Ferrari 458 Italia sight uns I have waited a couple months to cool off from this horrible experience before reviewing this dealership. I bought a 2010 Ferrari 458 Italia sight unseen off the internet. I trusted these people so much I did not have it inspected or anyone look at it until it was delivered to me with 33k in damages and was told "Wes, this is your car and you need to deal with it. Things happens and it sucks, but it is what it is. It happens to us all the time and we just have to deal with it…so should you. This is a dealer to dealer sale, and in the state of Texas all dealer to dealer sales are AS IS WHERE IS. We didn’t do anything wrong on our end. For that matter….neither did the transport company! They can’t control some other driver hitting them! It isn’t their fault either. It is minor damage that can easily be fixed." You be the judge. Did I get the cold shoulder from the dealership after I paid 194,500 for the car? I refused delivery and was told I would have to pay storage if I didn't accept it. I had never seen the car a day in my life until their contracted transportation company (Perez Transport LLC) and who they also signed a electronic contract with on Central Dispatch with their dealer account. I have since stored the car in my garage and filed suit against this dealership under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.. This transaction will end with the dealer doing the right thing. They just are not sure what that is as of yet. THEY DID NOT VERIFY INSURNACE COVERAGE ON FERNANDO PEREZ. WHICH IS NONE !!! THEY DID NOT VERIFY HE HAD AUTHORITY TO LEAVE TEXAS. IT SAYS TX ONLY ON THE DISPATCH SHEET. Lastly a 1998 Dodge Viper is missing from a transport that Perez Transport Picked up from Albuquerque and has not been delivered in 45 days so far now.. Also check with Skip Harmon at Allen Samuels Chevrolet Corpus Christi on his 2015 Chevrolet Z06 Stingray that Perez transport damaged and left in a junk yard with a key in the tailpipe 3 weeks ago.. Is this a transport company a reputable dealership gets to transport a 200k Ferrari. When Lamborghini Dallas rectifies this situation I will reevaluate my opinion of them. More
