Also a friend of mine recommend to me this dealer. So, my next step was go there. My experience buying the car was excellent, they are a really good sales tea, from John Hrad (Sales Consultant), Louie Bonsukan to Tim McKenna (General Manager). They have many options in the showroom, all really clean and low millage cars. Now I have my dream car and I highly recommend Lamborghini Dallas dealer to every body looking for an exotic car. More

EDIT #3: Tim called me as soon as he saw the negative review. He made it seem like he wanted to resolve the issue, but was very quick to tell me I never made an effort to call him... Funny, I left countless voicemails and messages with reception. Here we are again. I have left 3 voicemails in the past 9 days, with ZERO calls back. This is hands down the worse headache and buying experience I have ever had. Buy elsewhere. EDIT #2: Funny how you immediately respond to a post, yet you refused to return any of my calls. You blame me, the customer, for the problem because I used an independent shop to service my Lamborghini's?! Explain how it would be beneficial for a shop, who I have trusted for 10 years, to take advantage of this situation. You accused them of pouring a quart of oil in the coolant system. Give me a break. How about you admit that your service department missed it on their inspection. On top of that, the local dealer has explained to me in great detail that they would never simply be OK with oil being in the coolant system. Does it affect performance? No. Is it a HUGE deterrence to resale value? Yes- and it will be there for the entirely of the vehicles life. I asked you to come up with a solution, and you said you would...thanks for NEVER calling back. That is quality customer service. You never offered to pay the bill that I accumulated repairing the broken convertible top shock, or the coolant leak which led to all of this. EDIT: Please see original comment below. Since the Gallardo arrived, it has been a massive headache. I did not have the opportunity to drive the car for first 5 weeks of ownership because it was delivered with a coolant leak, broken brackets, oil mixed in the coolant system, and multiple check engine lights. Tim McKenna is the most unprofessional General Manager I have ever spoke with. I have been lied to, I have been called a lier, and now they will not return ANY phone calls or messages. I have been told that I have to live with oil mixed in the coolant system forever- THAT IS NOT AT ALL WHAT I PURCHASED .I own multiple Lamborghini's and I would NEVER recommend anybody do business with them. Very happy with the transaction. John Hrad was an absolute pleasure working with. Extremely trustworthy, knowledgeable, and honest. I would never hesitate to do business again with Lamborghini Dallas. The Spyder looks UNREAL!!!! More
My dealings with Lamborghini Dallas could not have been better. This is my third transaction with the Boardwalk Auto Group (two others with their Ferrari dealership). The bottom line is that I am from New York and have my pick of dealerships, but I work with (and will continue to work with) them because they have incredible integrity, attention to detail and follow through. Every transaction has been top notch and they have continued to exceed my expectations (and I am a tough crtic). Louie Bonsukan, Tim McKenna and Enver Kaba are great and so is their team - everyone in the chain has been a pleasure to work with. I look forward to working with them again. More

I will first start off by saying that I am a very hard person to please, and have extremely high expectations for a dealer of this magnitude. Buying a 100k plus car at only 25 is something not very many y person to please, and have extremely high expectations for a dealer of this magnitude. Buying a 100k plus car at only 25 is something not very many young men have the pleasure or means to do. But Mr. Mike Durkey and Louie Bonsukan literally went above and and beyond any high-end dealer I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Mike could be a normal, hi, goodbye, have a nice day salesman. But this man checked in on me every 30 minutes (of my 8hr drive) on my way to the dealership. He gave me directions and helped me the entire way. He is very professional and gives you the feeling (unlike most salesman) that he is there for you and not vice-versa. I would trust him with every penny I own, he and Louie made this a wonderful buying experience. And I will most definitely be buying again from Lamborghini Dallas! Btw Mike, you look way cooler with the goatee than without it! I have been visiting the Lambo Dallas dealership for about 2 years in a protracted "thinking about" getting one of these machines. Scot has been my contact there from my first visit. Without any press about 2 years in a protracted "thinking about" getting one of these machines. Scot has been my contact there from my first visit. Without any pressure he was able to find a car that was in my "wheelhouse" and had the car in my driveway within 48 hours. Probably would have been quicker, but banks were closed that Monday for holiday. The car has been everything the web site described and more. I will not hesitate to get my next one from them too. I really appreciate the level of sales service that there was. Louie Bonsukan was a great help in securing a loan too. Overall great place to do business with. More
