I have bought several new/used vehicles in my life, never have not received a full tank of gas. When the deal was complete the salesman handed me one key to the Buick. I asked where the second key was and he have not received a full tank of gas. When the deal was complete the salesman handed me one key to the Buick. I asked where the second key was and he stated they only had one and I had to purchase a second. After I insisted I needed a second key they agreed to give me a key without a fob due to the price of programming a fob. The employees were polite however, I feel like it is a low budget operation and I have had much better experiences elsewhere. Joe H. More

When you purchase a used car for $21k from a suppos 33 minutes agoNEW DO NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE!!!!!!! I am equal parts devastated and furious.. When you purchase a used car for $21k from a supposedly reputable dealership you expect to be getting a good vehicle. I avoided "buy here pay here" lots because I was trying to avoid the problems I am having. Since day 1 I have had issues with this car. At first I was just too excited about the car and the fact that they replaced the front brakes that started shaking WHEN I WAS DRIVING IT 2 HOURS HOME and the tires THAT ALL HAD CRACKS AND GOUGES IN THE WALL to realize that I should have just taken it back before the loan even went through. I'll preface the rest of this with THEY WON'T TALK TO ME AT ALL now, won't get on the phone when I call and won't return my calls. And I've been nice, emotional and crying because I'm completely devastated, but nice.. I asked for service records and inspection reports for both the work they did and the work that they had done at a Jeep dealership. I had to ask for that THREE TIMES before I got anything. They told me "can't get records from the other dealership and somehow don't have any?!" Then what they did send me is a piece of paper that says they checked the headlights and tail lights, changed oil and "did a multi-point inspection." That's not what I asked for. I asked for the inspection report specifically. CLEARLY THEY DIDN'T ACTUALLY DO ONE (I was told at the time of purchase it had been through a full and thorough inspection.. I asked) and CLEARLY THEY HAVE SOMETHING TO HIDE from what they did/didn't do and/or find and from what the Jeep dealer did/found. At the very end of the 30 days that they cover it started making an awful whining noise on the highway. I called and explained that I couldn't get it in to a mechanic for weeks, they said no problem, just call us when you do. Well the noise is intermittent unless I have a couple hundred pounds in the back so it's not been easy to get diagnosed. Then during that time the AC goes completely out, thats a $2500 repair, well 3k if you count the $500 I've already put into it. This was all within TWO MONTHS of purchasing. When I talked to the service manager a month ago and told him the mechanic told me they thought maybe the whining noise was caused by the AC, he told me that didn't sound right. He told me HE AGREED THEY SHOULD DO SOMETHING BECAUSE THAT'S A LOT TO GO WRONG WITH TWO MONTHS and that he would talk to the used car manager, would "go to bat for me" and would call be by the next day. That was OVER A MONTH AGO. And they clearly talked to the other dealership because their service department won't call me back about getting those records either. I have threatened to get a lawyer but before I do I wanted to try to get this resolved with them directly, but clearly I need to get a lawyer. The fact that they won't speak to me, don't even have the guts to tell me they won't do anything tells me right there that there's something shady going on here, THEY KNOW THEY ARE IN THE WRONG. More

Theirs a huge door dent and scratches on the passenger side of the vehicle. I thought no problem, I’ll call and they’ll fix it. Talked to Bob Johnson the service manager and he said “take it to a local dealership and have it diagnosed and we’ll take care of it”. After finding out the repair is $1450 the dealership wants me to pay it in full and then be reimbursed 50%. Still waiting on the call from the owner who’s yet to call me. BEWARE! Of buying a vehicle online with this dealership unless you want to get screwed. Never mind the door dents and scratches and shipping delays. More
