Treated like family My car has been perfect until Tuesday morning when the battery died. Even after a quick charge the car was humming but electronics were on the fritz. Horrible customer service Last Saturday I was at Lambert with my brother in law looking at a high end used vehicle a Z28. We were there from 145pm to close. We waited almost tw Last Saturday I was at Lambert with my brother in law looking at a high end used vehicle a Z28. We were there from 145pm to close. We waited almost two hours to even test drive. And waited again to start paperwork. We were set on taking this vehicle home that day but the Finance manager was not willing to stay over past 5 and finalize the deal. So we had to wait until Monday to finalize the deal. Now I work for a dealership and I know that if you want your customer happy and want them to return you will stay and do what ever it takes to finalize the deal and get customers on the road in their new car. I know what it’s like to stay over hours after it’s not fun you just want to go home I get that. But this would’ve taken a half hour at most. And if they wouldn’t have made us wait so long we wouldn’t have even been there till close. I was very disappointed when they said they wouldn’t stay. Another thing that really upset me was them saying they don’t detail their cars before they deliver the car. With all this said we will not be returning to Lambert and I will say this was an awful experience with how the employees treated us. Customer service is key to any business and Lambert Buick GMC does not have that. More
