I normally do my own oil changes and most routine maintenance but I can't buy the oil and filter for the price they charge to do the job and they include tire rotation. I was then provided with other options with no hassle at all in a attempt to satisfy me, if possible. I therefore became satisfied later with one of the other options. Dave Siemon was my Sales Consultant and provided excellent service. He didn't pressure me at all and seemed to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Morally awful people to deal with !!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ! I purchased a 90 part from Lambert which was never used. Upon asking for a refund was told that they wouldnt return it and to try and sell it on Ebay. I purchased a 90 part from Lambert which was never used. Seems pretty bad that they wont return something brand new and unopened purchased from them. Also was told that they explained this to me at the time of purchase which was a complete lie.
