Noise in front of car Heard a noise in the front around the tires . Also could feel a vibration in the steering wheel. Thought it might be a tire rod or a strut .They took Heard a noise in the front around the tires . Also could feel a vibration in the steering wheel. Thought it might be a tire rod or a strut .They took it for a test ride with me ,could not hear anything. Put it on the rack and went over everything , everything looked good . Made me feel relieved. Every time I sent him a message he promptly got back to me. When we finally did drive out to look at the car we purchased it. Gmc Acadia I was disappointed that Lambert's doesn't use more local banks or credit unions for their financing. Using the top 5 (big) companies makes the paymen I was disappointed that Lambert's doesn't use more local banks or credit unions for their financing. Using the top 5 (big) companies makes the payments higher. Also not allowing out of state checks to be accepted is rough for those wanting to put a down payment on the vehicle. Our interest rate is outrageous. One of the local banks in the area could have given us a better interest rate (at least 2 points lower) but Lambert's isn't signed up with them. Possible reaching out to banks and credit unions in your area would be better. More people are using credit unions to get car loans. This is the only reason I would not recommend your dealership. We drove 1 hour to get there not expecting our financial businesses we use to be denied. They are very friendly at Lambert's, They drove me to the local bank so I could get a cashier check for the down payment. I would recommend this dealership if they were more adaptable to the needs of people out of state. More

Like good friends, the wonderful staff treats customers with consideration and care. If something on the checklist needs attention, they alert us right away. If something is serious or needs immediate attention, the staff works with us to make sure our days are not inconvenienced unduly. One of the perks of being a longtime customer is that often the long term staff members make sure to greet us and often ask us about something they know about us. Just like a visit with a good friend, we leave with a warm feeling. More
