Flood car?? Metal seat frames covered in rust We've been to 2 different Ford dealerships in 2 days. One in Houma which was super nice and this one looking for a good used car. I called in the morning about a car and drove down to inspect it in the afternoon. Everything went well until we arrived. I could tell the person we had been assigned was really not into it but he was nice. Upon inspection we found the metal seat frame (under the seat) was completely rusted. I can't think of anything that would cause this but a flooded vehicle. Also, we didn't have to disassemble the seat to check. It was plainly visible. When we pointed that out that was the end of the conversation. Sales person basically walked away. No - geez, sorry, or "how did we miss that"? Or let's see what else we might have to interest you. That was it and we left. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Buyer Beware! BUYERS BEWARE!!! If you have a trade in and are traveling this is not the dealer for you at all. I was told my trade's lowest value would be $22,000 o BUYERS BEWARE!!! If you have a trade in and are traveling this is not the dealer for you at all. I was told my trade's lowest value would be $22,000 over the phone by Mike Smith. I drove 120 miles and they low balled me a $18,000 offer! The salesman I set up an appointment with wasn't even there! This was a huge waste of time and money and no-one even said they were sorry for the trouble. This place is a complete joke. More

Please DO NOT shop here.. Please do NOT buy from these people. I had a piece of the sidewall missing from my back right tire and didn't notice it until I got home from the deal Please do NOT buy from these people. I had a piece of the sidewall missing from my back right tire and didn't notice it until I got home from the dealership after making my purchase. I called the salesman and he told me to bring it in when I could and they would look at it. When I brought it in I talked to the Used Car Sales manager....because my salesman wasn't in.... and he said he would take a look at the tire to see if it was a safety hazard (Ok, part of the sidewall was gouged.. it could've caused a blowout at any moment.) After they loooked at the tire the manager told me he could sell me one at their cost with was $200 for one freaking tire.. and that's their cost???? xx. Keep in mind i've only had the car for a few days... As soon as I questioned the manager about the price of the tire he got angry with me and told me he'd pay half the cost then.. I refused and told him I just want a new tire and I dont feel like I should have to pay for that. He then said he'd "fix the xxxx tire and to get out of his f**king office". And thats basically the kind of customer service you'll receive at Lamarque Ford.... Please shop elsewhere because this place is a nightmare... More
