I have never been treated so poorly by any organization the Lamarque Ford. I called to set up an appointment to get a brake job. No one answered so I left a voice mail, which no one returned after two days the Lamarque Ford. I called to set up an appointment to get a brake job. No one answered so I left a voice mail, which no one returned after two days. I called again and spoke to the Service Manager and he said they received no voice mail. So anyway he told me to show up early if I want my car back the same day. So I arrived at 6:20am. They did not open until 7am. There were no instructions on what to do or where to go, so I parked my car and stood in front of the entrance. Cars started to pull up from all directions with no clear place to wait, so when they opened all the cars started pulling into the garage. I went inside and explained that I was the first here, but didn't know I was supposed to get in front of the garage. He told me too bad. I would have to speak to supervisor. So he led me in and I was immediately put off. He said "Did you not see other cars pulling up." 'Why did you not wait in your car like everyone else in line?" I explained I had never been there before and did not know the procedure. The man had an attitude and made me feel like I had done something wrong. Additionally he talked down to me like I was ignorant. I again tried to explain that the procedure was not written anywhere and certainly not intuitive enough to be clear. he continued to challenge me and mu obvious stupidity so I just left. Will never go back there again. More
Brought my Ford Explorer in on Tuesday morning due to an engine problem. Freddie was able to fast track the service and I received a call on Thursday stating the problem. I received a call from Freddie on F engine problem. Freddie was able to fast track the service and I received a call on Thursday stating the problem. I received a call from Freddie on Friday afternoon stating the vehicle was repaired and ready for pick up. He was vey helpful and courteous. I appreciate the quick turn around time. More
I brought my vehicle in because of a knocking noise. Freddie my service rep said I would need to leave it. I figured it would take 4/5 days before I got my vehicle back. Within a hour Freddie called me told me what the problem was and how much it would cost, and I had my vehicle back the next day. I am extremely satisfied with Freddie’s courteous professional manner to resolve my problem. I have been a Lamarque customer since 1982 and have had nothing but amazing service from purchase to service, they just know how to treat their customers,pure and simple More
Extremely disappointed with them. My family has done business with them since 1950 and they have gone downhill. They sold me a car with 3,000 miles on it at practically full price and it's a lemon. Been in the shop 6 times and their new phrase cannot duplicate the issue!! They sold all their loaner cars so if they need to keep your car, to bad your without transportation and their reply " I understand". They just don't care and me and my family will never deal with them again. More

I tried to make an appointment for a power train module reprogramming which,if not done, allegedly causes engine damage. I was told they don’t make appointments, just bring it in morning but I’d have to le reprogramming which,if not done, allegedly causes engine damage. Talked first to Mike then to Todd. Asked if I could get a loaner as I had to go to work-answer:no. Finally I left without getting the service done. Called Bohn Ford (miles away from my home) I made an appointment, brought car in, was told it would take 30-45 MINUTES not 1-3 DAYS!! I will be purchasing a replacement for my 2017 Ford Escape this summer. I will not be back to Lamarque. More
