I can only speak on the used car side. The sale was easy and sales man were great. When all the paperwork was done they asked to keep the car a day or two, to do a complete check of the v The sale was easy and sales man were great. I was pleased they wanted to do this and being a Saturday i didn't think the timeline was bad. Monday afternoon i was told they found an issue, and needed to order a part. Tuesday the problem wasn't fixed I was told definitely Wednesday. Wednesday came around i was told the problem was a battery connector and it was fixed, but now they found a problem with the tailgate and they needed to order a part AGAIN. Thursday my license plate came in but my truck was still waiting on a part. Spoke with manager and he apologized and said it would be done Friday. It was finally done in Friday. Not sure how they do inspection but I would go through it all and order all parts at once. Felt like i wasn't important once the sale was made. More

I gave them 3 types of vehicles I felt would work for me. Sadly the Taurus was discontinued and I personally cannot fit in a smaller sedan, our focus shifted to the Explorer. They showed me the one I wound up deciding to get. There was no pressure, they were patient while I talked to my family to get their thoughts. In a very stressful moment in my life, they were very helpful in reducing any stresses that come from purchasing a new (to me) vehicle.
