We tried to trade our Suburban and get a different car and were told we would get 0 for trade in and the manager point blank refused to negotiate at all on price. We found the same car at a different dealership but a year newer and with 20K fewer miles, were given $2500 for the Suburban, and the car had a warranty and was less than Lakeview Ford Lincoln wanted! We will not go here again for sales, although the service department seems to do a nice job. More

I go for oil changes, mostly. I really like the drive-in service. The only issue I have is that they are S L O W in getting the oil changed with sometimes only one person working instead of the normal two. service. Also, they seem to run out of coffee when I am there or it is so old it can be used to strip paint. Overall, very friendly service. More
I was traveling from out of state when I had serious transmission leak. I had a very limited time to get my car fixed. The service manager (I can't remember her name) worked very hard to fit me in the transmission leak. I had a very limited time to get my car fixed. The service manager (I can't remember her name) worked very hard to fit me in the schedule. The technicians worked long hours, during the heat of the summer (4th of July week) to help me out. Their goal was obvious - to help me get back on the road as quickly as they could. I was treated with respect as a valued Ford customer, not just as a Lakeview Ford customer. She knew I would probably never be able to come back to her business again, but would stay with Ford. She acted, genuinely, like she cared about taking care of me, as a person. I am honored to have the opportunity to let others know how well she took care of me and feel obliged to recommend the Service Department at Lakeview Ford. Thank you for taking care of a traveler in need! More

My job allows me the ability to travel to most anywhere to buy a vehicle so my search included most all the the eastern half of the country. The dealers in my local area were, to say the least, not a grea to buy a vehicle so my search included most all the the eastern half of the country. The dealers in my local area were, to say the least, not a great experience so I went to the internet to input my requirments for purchase and came up with a number of options. After speaking to many different dealers about essentially the same vehicle at very similiar prices I had the pleasure of speaking with John at Lakeview. His approach was friendly, knowledgable and extremely accommodating. We worked out a price that I was happy with and John handled all the paperwork and details via phone/fax and internet in a matter of about 2 days. All that was required of me was to fly in and pick up my new vehicle. John arranged a pick-up for me from the airport and arrived to find my new purchase prepped and ready to go. His knowledge of all the systems was much appreciated as he took most of the morning getting me up to speed on all the bells and whistles of the new my Ford Touch and Sync. What at first looked complicated soon became simple to use. Could not be happier with my purchase or my experience at Lakeview and especially John. It made the 600 mile drive home well worth it. More
