Purchase and maintenance experiences over 17 years. I purchased my Toyota Tacoma Prerunner in 1999. The purchase process was easy and pleasant. Then as the years passed and I went in for my 6-month main I purchased my Toyota Tacoma Prerunner in 1999. The purchase process was easy and pleasant. Then as the years passed and I went in for my 6-month maintenance and sundry minor repairs, the service department became almost like family! David has always been there for me. He's been so helpful, pleasant, always patient, and always a gentlemen. Tina has been there for, I think, three years and is delightful, smiling and always helpful. I depend on them to help me - at a moment's notice! Yesterday my brake light came on at 7:00 AM. I was on my way to my studio. So, no problem, I just drove into the service department at Lakeside Toyota. David and Tina were there, with their usual smiles and help. As it turned out I needed new brakes, which were installed within a few hours. And actually I was delighted!! You see, I've spent to little on repairs to my wonderful truck and I trust the honesty of this dealership so completely, that when a repair is needed I'm happy to have it done. And I certainly don't want to drive around with bad brakes. I don't know the mechanics (I wish I did so I could thank them in person) but somehow they keep my truck running perfectly all the time. I love Lakeside Toyota and recommend it to everyone I talk to. I'm always singing its praises! And while I don't know everyone as well as David and Tina, everyone is delightful and helpful. You really couldn't find a better dealership. I love Toyotas and I love Lakeside Toyota Dealership. More

I purchased my 2014 RAV 4 a few years ago a Lakeside Toyota is an amazing dealership that has provided amazing service for me for the past few years. I purchased my 2014 RAV 4 a few years ago and I have been provided with exceptional service ever since. The dealer that I worked with was very open to negotiating the price of the Limited Edition RAV 4 that I purchased and once I went over to financing the service continued to be amazing. About a year ago on the day before Thanksgiving I got a flat tire and even as busy as they were the manager made sure we were in and out within a reasonable amount of time to get on the road to travel to family. Then today on July 13, 2016 I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and my maintenance expired. Again, Lakeside Toyota took care of me without any hesitation. I was able to go over to the finance department and the finance salesman that I spoke with was able do ask the head of of the finance department to provide me with a free oil change and the service department was able to get me in and out again in a timely manner. If you are hesitating about getting your next vehicle with Toyota, no need to hesitate any longer. If you are looking for a dealership that doesn't just get you to purchase a vehicle, but takes care of you and your vehicle along the way and years after Lakeside Toyota is the place for you! I will be purchasing vehicles for Lakeside for years to come! More

Like most people, I have busy weekdays and expected to wait a long time this past visit when I needed a last-minute oil change. The waiting room was packed and the cars were lined up outside. However, I was in and out in 45 minutes! I appreciate the staff's kindness and making efficiency a priority. It goes a long way. Thanks Jean Paul, for being a legit service guy. More
Bad Trade In Values/Horrible Service Center I traded in 3 Toyota Corollas S 2007 for 2010, 2010 to 2011 and 2011 to 2014. The loan currently on my 2014 Toyota Corolla S is a TOP HEAVY LOAN where I traded in 3 Toyota Corollas S 2007 for 2010, 2010 to 2011 and 2011 to 2014. The loan currently on my 2014 Toyota Corolla S is a TOP HEAVY LOAN whereby I owe twice the value of the car! I will never buy another Toyota from Lakeside. Then there is the nightmare of a Service Department. When you pull up all of the service mangers sit inside and it takes them a long time to crime out and inquire what service you need. My latest visit which was on Saturday May 28 I pulled up and waited behind one vehicle for about 30 minutes while the service manger Jean Buisson then came over to my car. I needed a regular service plus my fog light on the drivers side had pop in and was loose. When Jean Buisoon saw that I had LED lights in my fog light he said " Bring it back to whoever installed the LED lights since that is after market and he refused too have it fixed." Then rudely he said to me, "my desk is piling up I will be back as soon as I can". So essentially he left me in line and did not check my car in for service. I drove off and went to Ray Brandt Toyota in Keener where they promptly checked me in and my car was ready in 45 minutes and the REPAIRED MY FOG LIGHT AT NO CHARGE! I will be bringing all of my business to Ray Brandt! So Long Lakeside Toyota! More

He worked to solve my issue quickly and pleasantly (even though he was just back from lunch, and had a pile of work waiting for him). Our family is extremely happy with the Prius we purchased from Lakeside Toyota, and with reps like David (and the rest of the team as well) our service experience has been exemplary. Best Service Department around In 40 years of driving I have never had a better experience at a Car Dealership Service department. This is my 2nd Toyota I have owned (a Corolla and In 40 years of driving I have never had a better experience at a Car Dealership Service department. This is my 2nd Toyota I have owned (a Corolla and now a Rav 4) From the time you pull up, (especially if there is a line) they come out to your car and check you in quickly.. The service department is clean and well managed and there is a nice waiting room with a large TV, ample seating. The nice thing is there is a shuttle to the mall or local restaurant. The driver is readily available and could not be nicer. Same goes to all the people in the service area - very nice and accommodating as they can be. Its a pleasure now to bring my car in where as before with other places it was always a hassle. I bought an extended plan so that I did not have to shell out money every time I go so its no hassle. Thanks to everyone at Lakeside Toyota. More

To my surprise service manager Tina Ricks informed me that the problem part was a warranty extension and my car still qualified for the warranty. The part needed to be ordered and Tina was able to put me in a rental car as a courtesy to avoid any conflicts that may arise with my busy schedule as a outside sales rep. Tina and the orange team worked digently to ensure the job was completed in a timely manner to meet my schedule. Thank you Tina and your team on a jod well done. Robert More

They refuse to assume responsibility. My experience with the service center in New Orleans East has been generally positive (certainly nothing to damage my car or harm people in it...). I will be going there from now on. More
