I feel like I’m being held hostage in that this should be a warranty service, and every other dealer is far away (and the next closest has an equally poor service reputation.) only gave two stars instead of zero because the sale itself was smooth. Went in to see if Lakeside Toyota would do a 200K mile service on my 2006 Toyota 4Runner. Was told that if I had not had it serviced here before and it was over 10 years old they would not do the service service on my 2006 Toyota 4Runner. Was told that if I had not had it serviced here before and it was over 10 years old they would not do the service. Nice to know that being stationed overseas for over 15 years with the military, you cannot get your 4Runner serviced. More

The service department try their best with every customer. Just like other businesses, some things are out of the employees control. I've never had an issue in years with them. Called two days in a row and was sent to a recorder on both days. One was to a manager and one was to a service supervisor. Two days later and I am still waiting for a return call. Drove in today (luncht both days. One was to a manager and one was to a service supervisor. Two days later and I am still waiting for a return call. Drove in today (lunchtime) for a quick "look" at my tire light (which was why I called days ago) and no one came out to help me. Totally disgusted. Went online and put in a request for someone to contact me....nill. Guess once I paid $800 for a set of new tires (last week) they are done w/me. (My regular guy, Dave, is on vacation)....maybe that's why nothing is being done. More

The only good thing I have to say is a young lady named Kelsey (not a service mngr) stepped up to provide me customer service because no service manager would. I believe the service is shotty. The service managers don’t seem to care. They are dishonest, disrespectful and discriminating. I have placed my car in the hands of another Toyota service center that treats me like a valued customer. I’m sure Lakeside Toyota will be removing this review too. More
If I could give this service center zero stars I would. I brought my car in because one of my tires had a serious slow leak at the air valve. There I purchased a new tire and they mounted it. Well, apparen I brought my car in because one of my tires had a serious slow leak at the air valve. There I purchased a new tire and they mounted it. Well, apparently, the service tech did not reattach my tire pressure guage (my best guess) on the tire so now my tire pressure light blinks. It didn't blink before I had it serviced. Any way I have returned twice to get them to fix it with zero success. Jeffrey DeLange was my service manager.Once he took the keys to my car, he never reached out to me; never initiated any update on my vehicle. Two times I returned to address the problem that Toyota created and no other service manager would help me. They kept telling me that Jeffrey had to help me. The other service managers left me hanging. Today, for example, my care has been at this service center for 8 hours and it has not been fixed. My car will have to site overnight. And still Jeffrey has not communicated to me. I wish I could bring it to another Toyota service center, but I cannot because Lakeside Toyota touched it and caused the problem I have now. And no other Toyota center will look at it. So, I'm stuck. Stuck with no communication, poor service to my vehicle and still have a new issue that Lakeside Toyota created. Not one of those service managers care. This is a gigantic FAIL for Lakeside Toyota. Do not bring your auto here. Go to another location. I Will be reaching out to their corporate office for sure. WHEN I'M READY TO PURCHASE MY BRAND NEW TOYOTA, I WILL PURCHASE A HONDA INSTEAD. More
I brought my 2016 Tundra in to check out a leak underneath. They called later and said it was coolant leaking from under the valve cover, near the back of the engine. They supposedly fixed it and I underneath. They called later and said it was coolant leaking from under the valve cover, near the back of the engine. They supposedly fixed it and I was charged thousands of dollars. Fast forward about 6 weeks later, and it is leaking again, near the same area. I was scared to drive 2 hours back there with it leaking coolant, so I brought it to a local mechanic who told me that seems to be where it is leaking again and that the bolts were not even tightened down, one of them was barely in there and about to fall out! I called Lakeside and they told me that they couldn’t help me and that I would have to pay to tow it back to them, because he didn’t recommend driving that far and that because it had been six weeks or so, how did he know of it was their fault or something else! Now I will have to pay someone else to fix the shoddy work done by your dealership, after I already paid thousands to have you fix it right the first time! Worst dealer service ever! More
Brought my 2011 Highlander in for routine service as we always do. Oil change, tire rotation and inspection. After parking the vehicle back home noticed one of the left front lug nuts is missing and the always do. Oil change, tire rotation and inspection. After parking the vehicle back home noticed one of the left front lug nuts is missing and the oil filter under shield door was missing. I called and spoke with David a service manager and told him my concerns. He told me hold on as he passed the called to Jean Paul. The service writer Jean Paul charged us for the missing lug nut, four new ones that his technician stripped and says the door probably vibrated off or the tech failed to reinstall it . He says a new cover would have to be ordered and costs was 300.00 dollars. We will not be bringing the vehicle to Lakeside Toyota for anymore service. They are dishonest about service work. More
