Thank you for your response. Before I saw it, I had already given up and went in-person to make an appointment. While certainly not rude, the person at the desk offered no apologies for my frustrated efforts. When I showed up for the appointment, it had been made for a service writer who wasn’t there, so there was confusion while it was reassigned. The actual repair was done relatively quickly, but the newly assigned service writer wasn’t there, and the guy who was available seemed put-upon to generate my paperwork and call up the car. Again, not rude, but certainly not friendly. This is not the worst service experience I’ve ever had somewhere, but it certainly wasn’t great. It isn’t enough of a reason not to get a Toyota, but it sure isn’t a selling point. No follow up needed from y’all, nothing I want to ameliorate things, I just hope you’ll consider the feedback and how the experience can be made better.

Lakeside Toyota has the worst customer service ever: If I could give this service center zero stars I would. I brought my car in because one of my tires had a serious slow leak at the air valve. There I purchased a new tire and they mounted it. Well, apparently, the service tech did not reattach my tire pressure guage (my best guess) on the tire so now my tire pressure light blinks. It didn't blink before I had it serviced. It was just a steady light due to slow leak. Anyway, I have returned twice to have it fixed with no success. Jeffrey DeLange was my service manager. Once he took the keys to my car, he never reached out to me; never initiated any update on my vehicle. Two times I returned to address the problem that Lakeside Toyota created and no other service manager would help me. They kept telling me that Jeffrey was the only one who could help me. The other service managers left me hanging. Today, for example, my car has been at this service center for 9 hours and it has not even been looked at. My car will have to sit overnight. And still Jeffrey has not communicated to me. I wish I could bring it to another Toyota service center, but I cannot because Lakeside Toyota touched it and caused the problem I have now. And no other Toyota center will look at it. So, I'm stuck. Stuck with no communication. Stuck with poor customer service and still Lakeside Toyota has not fixed the problem that it created. Not one of those service managers care. This is a gigantic FAIL for Lakeside Toyota. WHEN I'M READY TO PURCHASE MY BRAND NEW TOYOTA, I WILL PURCHASE A HONDA INSTEAD. At Lakeside Toyota none of the service managers care. Or, maybe it's such that Lakeside Toyota doesn't care if you happen to be a woman; or if you are black, or if you are a military veteran, or if you are all three.

Karl Meredith, I already spoke to you. Lakeside Toyota claimed to have fixed the problem at no charge to me. You didn’t provide me a video of your assessment. You didn’t provide me the results of these you said you ran on it. I drove my vehicle off your premises around 4pm yesterday. August 4, 2023. By 7:20pm the same day, the blinking tire pressure light returned on my dashboard. You, Jeffery DeLange are without integrity. I shall place my car in the hands of someone who can not only fix my car, but who also respects me as a person.
