My experience has been a headache from day one. First, warranty issues at the time of closing the deal. Secondly, I have a slow leak in one tire, and I asked about it after one week and was told "maybe I warranty issues at the time of closing the deal. Took my car in for MY FIRST SERVICE and was told I need a new battery! 250 dollars. That's horrible service and all car sales people are all the same. Ya bunch of snakes! More
I appreciate the communication with quotes and updates as to where they were with repairs. Your location resolved the two main issues I was having. Unable to give answers to my questions and charged me for a service I didn’t receive. I told them after I paid and they gave me the itemized bill that I was charge for something they didn’t provide. I took my 1990 Buick Reatta in for an oil change. I was disappointed when I picked it up. Oil spot on driver’s door-inside. Oily finger prints on drivers door handle and front hood. The steering wheel was grimy from someone’s dirty hands. Another customer who was there for an oil change in his corvette pointed out the oil spots and grime. What disappoints me is that I paid Lakeside $1,000 2-weeks earlier to detail the car and apply a ceramic protection. Disappointed. I decided to clean it myself. I have pictures of the oil spots and oil mark on the interior. Wearing booties and washing hands would be a great customer service to show that you care. I have purchased 7 vehicles from Lakeside. They let me down on the service quality this day. Why would you let the mechanic who has oil on his hands and shoes drive the car when done? It only takes 1-bad experience to undo all the great experiences. Sadly, this is the one that customer’s tell other customers. More
