I called in scheduled an appointment to look at my Tahoe because it was making a noise. They determined it was the right front wheel bearing. They fixed it and everything is quiet again. The visit was very disappointing! They did not call with an estimate for repair, I needed to call them a few times to get the results of the inspection. They never mentioned the fact that there was a $100+ an estimate for repair, I needed to call them a few times to get the results of the inspection. They never mentioned the fact that there was a $100+ fee to check out the vehicle nor that the fee would not be applied if the work was done at the service center. Then when they started the work they called back that there was a broken part. I highly suspect the part was broken when they tried to take it off! They wanted to charge $90 for an oil change when the service being preformed involved an oil change! They kept the vehicle for a number of days to get the new part. Charges were discussed when I called to discover the vehicle would not be ready as arranged. Then, when we arrived to pick up the vehicle, the price was almost $300 higher. The service manager tried to say that he had discussed the prices at length with my husband and that was NOT at all true! When I was told a cost, I expected that price to be what I was being charged when I went to get the vehicle! The vehicle had no protective sheets in the vehicle, the fan was at the highest level, the heat was set over 85 degrees, and the work was not done inside the vehicle so there was not any reason for the fan to be at those settings. When the car was started, it was revealed they had not even updated the service settings on the car as oil life was still at 20% as it had been when the vehicle was dropped off. Talking to them over the phone was difficult as they were dismissive, argumentative, and very curt. It was not a pleasant experience and we will not return to this dealership. Very disappointed in our first time taking our car into this service center. More

Very polite, thoroughly explained the process completely , asked about any concerns on my part, got the job done relatively quickly, had a flaw on the painted service called me the customer to tell me bout , asked about any concerns on my part, got the job done relatively quickly, had a flaw on the painted service called me the customer to tell me bout the problem fixed it and completed the job within 1 additional day.
