Had 2 very good experiences prior to today. First of all I was basically called a liar and after leaving my car they called and told me they can't do my service because I was "late" and they on First of all I was basically called a liar and after leaving my car they called and told me they can't do my service because I was "late" and they only have 2 people working. I called a week earlier to make the appointment, made it for 4:00 was there at 330 and was told I was late . No...I would have never made an appointment for 300 as I get off at 230 with an hour drive. Thanks but no thanks I will go elsewhere from now on! More

Abby should be the Service manager this lady has her position dialed in . She knows her stuff . Prompt scheduling , relaying information as to work being done . I had my first oil change at lakeside and it was a great experience very quick. experience very quick. More

Took my car into Lakeside on June 21st to see about exhaust leak, was also told that my catalic converter was bad. Told them to get it ordered for repair. Was told that it might take about 2 weeks t exhaust leak, was also told that my catalic converter was bad. Told them to get it ordered for repair. Was told that it might take about 2 weeks to get the coverter. It is now August 15th and no converter and no satisfactory explainion as to why they haven't received it. Was also told that front brake on driver side was bad however when I took the car for oil change at Lakeside the paperwork does not indicate that a repair needs to be made. Therefore I don't know whether the brake needs repair ot not. A positive remark is that they did give free oil change for my being patient. However my patience is running out. More
