When I made the appointment I told your representative that I wanted an oil change but I didn’t want a tire rotation as I had just had the tires rotated. When I arrived at your dealership I saw that there that I wanted an oil change but I didn’t want a tire rotation as I had just had the tires rotated. When I arrived at your dealership I saw that there was a tire rotation listed on the service order & I said again that I didn’t want or need a tire rotation. When they came back to tell me that my car was ready I saw on the invoice that they had done & charged me for a tire rotation. I said again that there wasn’t suppose to be any tire rotation & that now the tire are rotated incorrectly & ask them to change the tires back to where they were when I came in. When I came in for my oil change I had 1 of the 4 tire pressure sensors that didn’t work & after your service department rotated my tires & reset the sensors on all 4 of my tire pressure sensors no longer show any tire pressure, which was after I got a tire rotation I didn’t want or need. After I saw that none of my tire pressure sensors were showing any pressure I talk to 2 different service guys & they told me that they had tried to reset them & that is why none of the sensors are showing any pressure & there was nothing they could do to fix that except replace the sensor that wasn’t working. There was an item listed on the service report that 1 tire sensor didn’t work & that it would cost $240 to replace it. All this happened after having an unneeded tire rotation & I spent almost twice as long waiting at your dealership while your service people rotated, unrotated & screwed up my air pressure displays on all 4 of my tires & being told it would only cost $240 to fix this condition. I didn’t respond right away because I needed to cool down a little before I responded. I ended going back to Discount Tire, where I bought & had my tires rotated for several years & told them my dilemma on the tire sensors & they replaced the 1 sensor for under $65 & reset all of them so they would all display my tire pressure. This all is because your service department did a tire rotation I neither wanted or needed. What would your take be on my level of satisfaction? I had a simple oil change which cost $128. This was a sticker shock and when comparing to another GM dealership, this cost was about $50 higher. Made my appointment thru the online service portal, quick and easy. One small issue, not sure if anyone reads the notes I included for items to be addressed or not. The majority of items were addressed but o and easy. One small issue, not sure if anyone reads the notes I included for items to be addressed or not. The majority of items were addressed but one small issue was overlooked. Thought maybe I would get a call with an explanation of maybe they had to order what I requested and will let me know when items arrive, but as of one week later no call or explanation as why item was not addressed. Otherwise would have all been 5 star ratings, as I do service all my Chevy products here. Maybe someone reads these reviews and will call with an explanation on my original requests, and we can work together to get the remaining issue resolved. Thanks More
