I had been taking my car here for years because I liked that I could get the comprehensive overview "checkup" when I got my oil changed and tires rotated. Recently, though, a basic appointment has taken longer and longer. I went in for my regular service at the start of 2024, and the prices had not just gone up, they had leaped, even with a coupon. It was near double for the exact same service, and of course a list of a whole bunch of other things the car needed. Turns out they didn't find something incredibly obvious and critical, though, that my regular mechanic took care of in about an hour. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. More

Changed water pump 8-9 months ago due to imploding while under warranty, truck smells of coolantleak still. Advise about issue when dropped truck off that it isn't leaking and must have never been cleaned. under warranty, truck smells of coolantleak still. I guess warranty work no longer gets the mess cleaned up? More

We took it in for a replacement in a warranty part. When I made the appointment I was told it would take 2 hours. When my husband dropped it off they said it would take 3 hours. After 4 hours my husband called and whoever answered the phone said they would find out how much longer and call him back. They never called back and it ended up taking 7 to 7-1/2 hours. I feel they should have called and at least given me an update. More

The service department has a great service manager. If it wasn't for her, I wouldn't feel comfortable enough to have my vehicles repaired or serviced there. Unorganized with the schedule and how my truck got fixed had to make 4 trips there before it got fixed right! Last time I got my oil changed I had a tire sensor replaced. A few days later the front 2 sensors went out I have to pay 100 dollar deductible when my car is under warranty.
