The dealership is great, but the service center has been disappointing the last few visits. The last two times i have been there for a simple oil change it's taken approximately 2 hours each time. This time they didn't even look at my broken gas lid spring like I had ask them to. I used to change the oil and grease the zerks myself and I don't believe it ever took me over 35 minutes. I dread going back! More

Scott belittled me on the phone. They had my jeep for 7 days and then proceeded to tell me us they did not find anything wrong with the car. Previously we have received excellent customer service, our recent trip was not a positive one. We were planning to get an oil change while out of town and called to schedule it. When we called we asked about a coupon listed on their website that advertised for a deal including 6qts of oil and a filter. When I called they said our vehicle would qualify, I thanked them and said I would call bake to schedule the appointment. We dropped our vehicle off before heading out of town and I mentioned the coupon to the service writer who told me just to it when we paid. When we went to pick up our vehicle I saw the bill was more than double what we were expecting. I brought this up to the service writer who told me that our vehicle typically gets a different brand of oil, which is what they used, so we didn’t get the price previously discussed. It really came off as a bait and switch situation. More
