Previously we have received excellent customer service, our recent trip was not a positive one. We were planning to get an oil change while out of town and called to schedule it. When we called we asked our recent trip was not a positive one. We were planning to get an oil change while out of town and called to schedule it. When we called we asked about a coupon listed on their website that advertised for a deal including 6qts of oil and a filter. When I called they said our vehicle would qualify, I thanked them and said I would call bake to schedule the appointment. We dropped our vehicle off before heading out of town and I mentioned the coupon to the service writer who told me just to it when we paid. When we went to pick up our vehicle I saw the bill was more than double what we were expecting. I brought this up to the service writer who told me that our vehicle typically gets a different brand of oil, which is what they used, so we didn’t get the price previously discussed. It really came off as a bait and switch situation. More

My recent visit turned into a nightmare. I had to replace 4 Tire Pressure Sensors. They cracked one of my Rims and I had to return 2 more times before they found it.
