I received unprofessional services. I got my new purchase with undercoat splattered all over the white exterior of my vehicle. I drove off feeling like I just purchased a vehicle from I got my new purchase with undercoat splattered all over the white exterior of my vehicle. I drove off feeling like I just purchased a vehicle from the side of the road but paying dealership price! I was just very disappointed that I did not get shown what was done to the vehicle or got any instructions if I could wash my car afterwards or that no one noticed the splatters. I was not given the chance to choose this option on my purchase I was just told it came with my purchase. I had no knowledge on the details of the undercoat, but from the looks of it the job looked rushed and unprofessionally done. I can’t imagine all customers who get this done also getting their vehicles returned looking like this each time. I was told I would get an alignment and then told it was not done. I put time aside to get this done professionally. Im sure no one wants to drive off from a Chevrolet dealership feeling like this. More

I know the car is used and I should have looked it over better but selling a car that needs new tires, new brakes and rotors and a tune up they had to have known that before selling it… I asked for them to better but selling a car that needs new tires, new brakes and rotors and a tune up they had to have known that before selling it… I asked for them to tint the windows and they acted like that was un heard of… I contacted Kyle multiple times about the brakes and rotors and he finally answered and acted like he didn’t know and said they couldn’t do anything about it.. $2700 dollars later.. but as a salesman he was knowledgeable and knows what to say to get the car sold. But after this experience and money instantly dropped into my car I will not buy another one from them and if you decide to I’d make sure to really look it over or take it to a mechanic before buying!
