Just purchased a used avalanche. It would ot start for 2 weeks. They were able to fix it for me at no charge. I did not receive some things I was told I would get. I purchased my 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500HD in December 2024 from Lakeside Chevy of Warsaw and requested at that time of purchase for the recall for the Transmission Control Valve to be fixed at the same t 2024 from Lakeside Chevy of Warsaw and requested at that time of purchase for the recall for the Transmission Control Valve to be fixed at the same time I got my undercoat done. They said they would take care of it. 2 months later I get a notification saying the recall was never taken care of and I needed to take it back to the dealership to have it fixed. Now I have to waste my time and get the issue properly addressed by another dealership (because Lakeside Chevy is a hour and a half away from me) and they informed me that this truck should have never been sold to me without the recall being taken care of first due to the recall coming out in October of 2024. When I called Lakeside Chevy they told me it's free to get fixed. My time isn't free! More
