Bad service got left for an hour had to sit around and wait gave a payment and had to leave my car. HORRIBLE monthly payments!!! Worked numbers whatever they were so ready to go we left the car AFTER paying and didn’t do any paperwork until 2 days later. We’re asking questions like what kind of payments and everything and they were rushing us telling us they would know all that when they worked the numbers Monday once we came back and filled out all the paperwork. Almost paying 30% interest so when it’s all said & done I’ll be paying OVER more than HALF of the cars value. Bad breaks on the car and of course right when we were about to pull off the lot the check engine light came on. Had to ask for our salesman a few times because he left us sitting there waiting on him More

The visit went well but also very long. Brian is a good salesman but seems very laid back compared to the other sales people. But after Frank was getting the finance papers around I was getting the insuran salesman but seems very laid back compared to the other sales people. But after Frank was getting the finance papers around I was getting the insurance done. Before getting on a phone just make sure your customer doesn't need anything. Frank was awesome and funny. I'm very grateful for Lakeside Chevrolet for having this Acadia that I always wanted and it holds my 4 kids along with my husband and myself. I feel the lord helped locate this vehicle cause that same day I took back a previous car I got from Fort Wayne Kia and this acadia is 10x better than Kia More
