I enjoyed the time I spent buying my car, however, I was disappointed that my gas was not filled, in fact it was almost on empty. Also, one of my key fobs is dead and was told I could buy a replacement batt disappointed that my gas was not filled, in fact it was almost on empty. When I made the appointment I told your representative that I wanted an oil change but I didn’t want a tire rotation as I had just had the tires rotated. When I arrived at your dealership I saw that there that I wanted an oil change but I didn’t want a tire rotation as I had just had the tires rotated. When I arrived at your dealership I saw that there was a tire rotation listed on the service order & I said again that I didn’t want or need a tire rotation. When they came back to tell me that my car was ready I saw on the invoice that they had done & charged me for a tire rotation. I said again that there wasn’t suppose to be any tire rotation & that now the tire are rotated incorrectly & ask them to change the tires back to where they were when I came in. When I came in for my oil change I had 1 of the 4 tire pressure sensors that didn’t work & after your service department rotated my tires & reset the sensors on all 4 of my tire pressure sensors no longer show any tire pressure, which was after I got a tire rotation I didn’t want or need. After I saw that none of my tire pressure sensors were showing any pressure I talk to 2 different service guys & they told me that they had tried to reset them & that is why none of the sensors are showing any pressure & there was nothing they could do to fix that except replace the sensor that wasn’t working. There was an item listed on the service report that 1 tire sensor didn’t work & that it would cost $240 to replace it. All this happened after having an unneeded tire rotation & I spent almost twice as long waiting at your dealership while your service people rotated, unrotated & screwed up my air pressure displays on all 4 of my tires & being told it would only cost $240 to fix this condition. I didn’t respond right away because I needed to cool down a little before I responded. I ended going back to Discount Tire, where I bought & had my tires rotated for several years & told them my dilemma on the tire sensors & they replaced the 1 sensor for under $65 & reset all of them so they would all display my tire pressure. This all is because your service department did a tire rotation I neither wanted or needed. What would your take be on my level of satisfaction?
