Very poor customer service. I had to have a heat exchanger replaced under warranty. The part was back ordered and the service center failed to call me. I called them a week l I had to have a heat exchanger replaced under warranty. The part was back ordered and the service center failed to call me. I called them a week later to get ignored hung up on. I had to get the car for another repair then bring it back when they finally received the part. More
