I'm sure this review will fall on deaf ears. Beware of unbelievable high service charges. I was told my thermostat needed to be replaced after I witnessed a engine light warning. After a $ 700 an 5 hr unbelievable high service charges. I was told my thermostat needed to be replaced after I witnessed a engine light warning. After a $ 700 an 5 hr labor charge service I discovered this service was actually a $95 part and an hour labor at the most. Beware of false deceiving service. I was also told my engine needed to come out to replace thermostat. That was a lie. I would hope to receive some refund but that's wishful thinking. Spread the word please. Like a doctor's call, get a second opinion. More
I received a recall on my 2011 Jeep Cherokee via United States Postal Mail earlier this week. I have to be honest, I would usually call a Jeep dealer in DOVER, DE however, my co-worker suggested I call Lak States Postal Mail earlier this week. I have to be honest, I would usually call a Jeep dealer in DOVER, DE however, my co-worker suggested I call Lakeshore Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in SEAFORD, DE. I must admit from the first initial contact of the Service Advisor (Mark) answering my call; I knew I had made the right decision. Mark was knowledge, professional yet personable. Not only was my recall completed within a couple hours. They (Eric) came to my place of employment and picked my vehicle, took it to get repaired and returned it to me. (While I worked). Kudos to Lakeshore Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Moving forward any other issues I have with my Jeep.... I will be calling and going to Lakeshore Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in SEAFORD, DE. Thanks again. More
Horrible customer service. Overpriced and lied on purchase First of all the sales manager tells me i have lifetime warranty with vehicle. I go to service department and they say the warranty did not transfer First of all the sales manager tells me i have lifetime warranty with vehicle. I go to service department and they say the warranty did not transfer and nothing in "their system" shows a warranty. They want to charge $135 to diagnose issues with cruise control not working and another $135 for engine light. The service manager calls and says all recall issues now fixed. I ask for an explanation and he says recall issues fixed. OK, explain that. What was done how will it effect vehicle. It's like pulling teeth to get any feedback on the situation. Cruise control doesn't work. Automatic start doesn't work. Garage door opening feature is hit or miss. And they act like this is natural. Not a fan of this place. I highly recommend going elsewhere! Anything the sales people tell you, you better get in writing or it's probably a lie! More
LIED TO FROM BEGINNING TO END DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING YOU ARE TOLD - Lied about when and what they were doing to my car (thanks to my dash cam), dropped off car in morning and should DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING YOU ARE TOLD - Lied about when and what they were doing to my car (thanks to my dash cam), dropped off car in morning and should have picked up in afternoon (I had to contact them to even find out it wasn't going to be ready) but they left me without a car for 5 days while they said the dash was tore apart and it was really sitting out in parking lot with NOTHING tore apart (never even tore the dash apart at all), gave me a $3000 estimate of parts and labor with parts that had nothing to do with the problem (defective parts were not even on estimate and is less than $1000 to fix at other Dodge dealerships), Called for the GM and got a return call from the Service Manager who had no explanation of why it happened and couldn't even offer an apology (still haven't heard from GM). More

Horrible, worst service ever! I dropped truck off on tuesday,said they would look at problem by Wednesday evening. Brad the servicemen was rude to my wife when she told him to just give us our truck back. NEVER AGAIN More
