Brought vehicle in for repair. Vehicle was damaged while in the repair shop. After being insulted and humilated by the service director for complaining about the damage, I complained to the dealership owner in the repair shop. After being insulted and humilated by the service director for complaining about the damage, I complained to the dealership owner, but to no avail. Have purchased 4 vehicles in the span of 5 years. Dealership shows no loyality to its customers. Complaint sent to BBB! Would not recommend this dealership to anyone!!! More
