Thought I would be pleased but overall was not. Got charged for wheel locks which I didn’t get - did finally get a check for them but not the tax amount. The car had to be brought in from another dealer and when I called that morning they said it was on it’s way - that was at 11 Am- at 11:30 - the sales person said I could come pick it up- it just got there. When I questioned- they said the sales person didn’t know when it had gotten there. When I did pick it up after she called - had to wait 30 minutes for her to get back from lunch - knowing I was coming. She said the wheel lock key was in the glove box but there were no locks installed. All the other Jeeps I bought gave me a free oil change for 6 months- this one - nothing. The last Jeep I bought included free tire rotation too - this one nothing- the service department guy didn’t even lift his head up when the sales person introduced the sales department- the cashier at least said hi. The front receptionist had her shirt on inside out and didn’t know where anyone was- left me standing there for about 10 minutes before I walked away. The sales rep kept telling me to give her “10’s” on her review “not 9’s, they had to be 10’s” Manager said the same thing- told him I wouldn’t be giving 10’s. More
