I was met immediately and the paperwork was verified. I was guided to the coffee and water and on to a spotless waiting area with large screen TV's. Fourth time been in trying to get my oil leaked fixed. $1000 later and two gaskets…. Yea. Asked them to check out my AC and my trunk latch as it had been playing up yet neither were looked at.
