Aaa came to my home and told me I had a bad battery but I had to get it all done at VW. I called and they said to come that day. 40 minute 30 mile drive later I was there and they accepted my car. 2 hours la had to get it all done at VW. So I left with a car wash and wasn't charged. I had to call out of work that day to go to VW. Now, 2 days later, I go to leave work and my battery is dead. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. I was there ready to pay the ridiculous 450 for a new battery and they didn't do it. Going to autozone in the morning and going to be late to work and lose more money I need, to get the battery done and registered for 280. If they didn't have time to deal with my car that should have been said. I find it hard to believe AAA found the battery dead but the car manufacturers own service center found it to be good. More

The tire that was replaced with a cheaper tire that cost over $200 was under road hazard warranty and they did not honer the warranty. They failed to check my air condition after having the car for 5 hrs. If they were doing what they should do they would give the car a new tire Bridgestone instead of charging $222, that tire is $268. On Amazon brand new. I have never had a complaint against VW before.
