The service advisor meet me at the door and took my complaint about my car. He had it dished in a short and set it up to be corrected. Then he had it cleaned and vacuumed out. Problem not solved. Numerous attempts to contact dealer, either get disconnected during phone call or after being forwarded. Tried email, went to car leasing no reply. I have SPENT $1800.00 same problem. Engine lite still on. Very frustrated and annoyed can not get a response from dealer. Just want vehicle repaired. Will be very surprised if this response goes anywhere or get a reply.I am not rating a person, it’s the repair result I find disappointed in. And inability to communicate with the dealership.
