I came in for oil and filter, fuel filter, and all air filters replacement. Also decided that it had been 5 years since my last battery was installed so I had it also replaced. The only reason we had to come back again was because the repair was done incorrectly the first time. I called to make sure the door handles were in for my recall. They told me yes and even put me through to the parts Dept and he confirmed they had the part. I showed up for the appt and the girl told me recall. They told me yes and even put me through to the parts Dept and he confirmed they had the part. I showed up for the appt and the girl told me if I wanted to just wait it would only take 30 minutes. I sent my husband to work (he was driving me home so I wouldn’t have to sit and wait half a day) instead of getting a ride home. After 20 minutes, she came out and told me they didn’t have the part and couldn’t explain why I was told they had it. She said they could get car washed in 10 minutes since I drove all the way there. it took 20 minutes for me to get my car. I would have never sat there an extra 20 minutes if I would’ve been told that from the beginning. The girl was nice but this was a complete waste of my time. So many recalls on this vehicle. More
