The issue I have with the guys there at Lakeland Volks wagen is the comunication is very poor, it is always one sided thier side and collecting money. They worked on my car and really couldn't solve the wagen is the comunication is very poor, it is always one sided thier side and collecting money. They worked on my car and really couldn't solve the problem and really never did. The repair cost me oer $5600, and if you include all the small things done before to solve the issue before they suggested the $5600 repair it cost over $6000 in total. The people there don't know how to trouble shoot the problem and just go with what ever to get you in and out & collect cash. They even didn't take the time to see my vechile is in KM and not miles, they add my milage in carfax as miles and that is a big difference than KM. This all addes up to just not caring about customer at all. Regards, David Budgell More

Called when a warning light came on in our “new to us” Jetta. Appreciated the fact I was able to get In the next morning to have it seen about, and they were also able to program our new key. My check engine light turned on right after getting a diagnostic test on my car. Took my car to another mechanic for a second opinion and they told me VW left my oil cap off, causing a ton of more costly diagnostic test on my car.
