The dealership its self was okay but the Michelle the sales person was very unprofessional with certain comments. Meanwhile I then didn’t feel comfortable fully testing the vehicle. The thing that really annoyed us during our time at the dealership was when Michelle said that she couldn’t do her part with the VW app and Electrify America, then blamed me for not being able to do her part because I simply downloaded the 2 apps. Then Michelle got annoyed because I wouldn’t help complete certain parts of the checklist until I could 1. Actually do the visual inspection of the vehicle considering there was already a damaged door handle. I was also asked after completing the checklist if I had any questions about any of the safety features or the Electrify America app. - I set up a service appointment for 1300 hours but when the sales person set u the appointment it had actually been set up for 01:00 ( 1am ). When I arrived for the appointment they were unaware of what I was there for and I advised it was about the door handle and that the replacement was coming from the showroom model, the service advisor had to talk to the sales managers. A few days later I noticed when they replaced the door handle they damaged the interior door panel. More
The scheduling is very easy and availability was plentiful. Drop off was easy, it's signed well and everyone is pleasant. Matthew is always helpful and courteous and the communication is good.
