The manager Gio was incredibly rude and condescending. He was unwilling to hear what we were saying. Said he would call us back after speaking to service then he did not. Ashley Giselle and Saul were amazing and beyond helpful. Frankly they should look for jobs at a better dealer because their amazing customer service skills and being wasted at such a terrible location with a terrible manager. More
I am frustrated with the slow speed and lack of communication from the service staff. Last Saturday, I was told that I would receive a call from them this past Tuesday, but received no communicatio communication from the service staff. I went in to the dealership yesterday, where I was thanked for reminding them to work on my insurance claim. I am disappointed by the lack of communication, since I have never had this problem before with the service staff. I would not have purchased the insurance plan had I known the service would be slow for a damaged rim. More
