When I went to pick up my car, they had misplaced my key. They made us wait 45 minutes while they looked for the key, and couldn't find it. They gave us a loaner, and when we were driving off the lot, they finally found the key. On top of that, there was huge scratch on the side of the car that was not there previously. More

Receptionist Lyndsay was Great, Mechanics are another story I had a normal 50k mile service due and they had to replace my tire/rim as well. After everything was “done” I didn’t even make it down the street bef I had a normal 50k mile service due and they had to replace my tire/rim as well. After everything was “done” I didn’t even make it down the street before my tire light came back on. So I had to go back and had them fix what I feel should of been checked before they said it was good but I wasn’t too worried. The next day when I was about to go to work my car wouldn’t start. When I checked under my hood, not only were my engine coolant and windshield fluids WAY past the minimum requirement, (they are supposed to top off all fluids during service) my battery was also dead. It’s a good thing I have basic car maintenance knowledge, so I refilled the fluids and replaced the battery myself. I’m not sure if it was just a coincidence or something happened but everything was fine until I had them work on it. I hope my next service isn’t as much of a headache. More
