They have a great new and used selection and the process of buying a vehicle was not a high pressure need to sell type atmosphere. It is an easy going shop at your own pace ask questions and have them answered type place. They are there to help and they do a good job. The service department is hands down the best. Every service interval I have had maintaining my vehicle and the few repairs have been great experiences. No hassles, they get you in and on your way, can explain any issues or what problems were found what costs are involved up front so no surprises. They work with warranty companies as well so you don't have an extra issue of coordination there. Very friendly and outgoing and have gone out of the way when I dropped in on a busy Saturday with a repair to work my car in and have it done the same day. More

NO SERVICE Service department are not what one would expect for a VW dealership. An appointment had been made for service that would entail dropping Vehicle ove Service department are not what one would expect for a VW dealership. An appointment had been made for service that would entail dropping Vehicle overnight. Arrangements had been made to pick up a loaner during the initial scheduling of appointment and confirmation of a loaner in subsequent follow up phone calls. Short version is they did not provide a vehicle, for which I could of made arrangements for a rental. This is not the first unfavorable experience with this service department which we just overlooked however it will be the last one. More

They had this all taken care of within a couple of hours and I was on my way. They did a complete checkup on my car to make sure everything was fine. I was very happy with the service I received.
