Had $7500 worth of Service done here, Got my Touareg back after (8) Weeks and 1st day back, My Wife advised me it smelled Hot and Still OVERHEATING! I was told by “Gio” the Service Manager that “When it le after (8) Weeks and 1st day back, My Wife advised me it smelled Hot and Still OVERHEATING! I was told by “Gio” the Service Manager that “When it left here, It wasn’t overheating!” Adding Coolant was minimal due to the fact my Wife works 2 miles from Home. A trip to N. Florida and FOUR Gallons of Coolant later, It went back and diagnosed with a Blown Head Gasket! No S**T! Gio refuses to take ANY responsibility so I now have an unusable Car! NEVER will I step Foot on Lakeland VW Property! Oh, on the website, the GM says call me directly so I did, He didn’t call me back, he had Gio call me! If I could leave ZERO Stars I certainly would! BBB and everywhere else I can think of including local News Stations are on my List next! More

They are very clean. I got new tires and they said my shocks were leaking. I received a letter from VW of America indicating that parts for a recall affecting my vehicle were available and to schedule a service appointment to have the work done. I scheduled an appointment with m parts for a recall affecting my vehicle were available and to schedule a service appointment to have the work done. I scheduled an appointment with my nearest dealer, took a day off work (the letter says the work takes 4 hours), drive to the dealership (45 minutes one way, plus tolls), arrived and was informed that they would only be ordering the parts that day and then when the parts arrived they would call me to schedule an appointment for the actual work to be done. Why didn't the scheduler inform me that the parts had to be ordered? I should have been able to do that over the phone and then saved myself 1.5 hours of driving, tolls, plus taking a day off work for this. More

I would recommend anyone who goes to this location ask for Ashley! She's such a sweet heart, and amazing at what she does.
