Was told service would take 1-1 1/2 hours when set up appointment. Show up and advised will take 3-4 hours. Asked about a loaner and service advisor stated they are not obligated to provide a loaner and appointment. Show up and advised will take 3-4 hours. Asked about a loaner and service advisor stated they are not obligated to provide a loaner and that a loaner should have been set up when making the appointment which he was the one that set up the appointment. Per the VW emission settlement any repair over 3 hours a loaner is to provided. Repair took until the following day. Never going to return to this location would not recommend. If you do you have to go to this location do not use service advisor Jeff Perard he has no customer service skills and talks down to the customers. When I originally took my 2019 Arteon for an oil change, the check engine light went on. It took the service guys a number of tries, but they wouldn't stop until they found the problem. After reviewing the the check engine light went on. It took the service guys a number of tries, but they wouldn't stop until they found the problem. After reviewing the analysis with Tech support, they found that it was an injector, an unusual problem for a 2019 Arteon. It runs as beautifully as it did when I first bought it... and all under warranty! Thank you, gentlemen. More

I can say that Michelle stayed in touch over two years with vehicles that could possibly be a fit, my life circumstances had been trying, but I am excited to say she found the best Tiguan for me and my family, and she was beyond helpful and delightful. Jared was courteous and straight up with what I would absolutely need and could consider...very unusual for a finance manager. Jeff was courteous and diligent about tracking down parts and making certain my certified Tiguan was in tip-top condition. Look no further, Folks.
