The manager Gio was incredibly rude and condescending. He was unwilling to hear what we were saying. Said he would call us back after speaking to service then he did not. If we had not been FORCED to use this dealer due to being where the vw towing would bring the car we would never use it. The only good thing is their service reps. Ashley Giselle and Saul were amazing and beyond helpful. Frankly they should look for jobs at a better dealer because their amazing customer service skills and being wasted at such a terrible location with a terrible manager. More

I am frustrated with the slow speed and lack of communication from the service staff. Last Saturday, I was told that I would receive a call from them this past Tuesday, but received no communicatio communication from the service staff. Last Saturday, I was told that I would receive a call from them this past Tuesday, but received no communication. I went in to the dealership yesterday, where I was thanked for reminding them to work on my insurance claim. I am disappointed by the lack of communication, since I have never had this problem before with the service staff. I would not have purchased the insurance plan had I known the service would be slow for a damaged rim. More
Second time bringing my car for the same issue to be trike “it magically fixed itself (twice)” and that the problem will happen again so just tow it back when it happens. Car came back with damage that wasn’t on it before and no answers or resolutions. Had to take it to another dealer an hour away a few days later. More

Communication was poor. My car was not completed by the communicated time and nobody contacted me. I showed up and they were not able to resolve to situation.
