I never have issues scheduling an appointment and the staff has always been courteous. The last time I had my Jetta in for service Jonathan was very helpful and explained the repairs necessary in detail so I understood what needed to be done. I didn't feel like I was being pressured into service that I didn't need or being talked to over my head making me feel like an iddiot. This type of customer service is exactly what I look for; especially if my wife is the one taking the vehicle in for service (this is very important). I am happy to recommend Lakeland VW to my friends and family and I'm sure they will help me keep my TDI running smooth for another 150,000 miles. More
