I have purchased 3 cars and a truck from Lakeland. Robert and Jessica are amazing and they worked hard to find a new Tacoma. Even though they were unable to find the exact options I wanted. I was willing to stick with them because they could get the truck in a month. However when it came time to close the deal management was unwilling to forgo a grossly overpriced $1495 protection service which involved tinting, and wheel locks added at the dealership. I asked them to work with me as I am in the military coming off a year-long out-of-the-area tour. I am home on leave this summer visiting family. Their management would not even call me back. All is not lost a dealership in North FL quoted a lower price and is even able to find the color I want. Thank you for nothing #shocked and disappointed More

I ordered a part I needed for my Land Cruiser and provided a vin to make sure I received the correct one. Not only was it the wrong part, but I had to pay to ship it back to return it AND they charge provided a vin to make sure I received the correct one. Not only was it the wrong part, but I had to pay to ship it back to return it AND they charged me a 20% restocking fee. Horrible experience. Buyer beware. More
